Provided the piece comes back in the same condition as received at purchase, it can be exchanged for another piece of artwork.  Refund request must be received by the Galleria of Art and Photography within two weeks of receipt of the piece by the buyer.  

There are no returns on special orders, prints and giclees.Regarding a piece you have commissioned, every effort will be made to rectify a solution, however, if nothing can be done, the deposit is forfeited, and the artist retains possession of the artwork.
